On which situation FORM_DDL command used...
and suppose we do any transaction thru form...suppose we do dml opearation on form..and we did form_ddl ...what is impact on form...

i m confused when to used form_ddl and commit_form ??

It is quite well explained in Forms Online Help System. What exactly did you not understand?

FORMS_DDL and COMMIT_FORM aren't related, except the fact that FORMS_DDL performs implicit commit.
