I found the following message about creating new instance....

copy C:build_dbinitDB.ora D:AdminYOURSIDPFILEinitYOURSID.ora
pause
set ORACLE_SID=YOURSID
oradim -new -sid YOURSID -intpwd superman -startmode manual -pfile
D:AdminYOURSIDPFILEinitYOURSID.ora
svrmgrl @C:build_dbbuild_tablespace.sql
oradim -edit -sid YOURSID -startmode auto

Where can I find the oradim utility?
