Hi

I just want to know what % of memory should I allocate for SGA?

The total amount of physical memory available should be distributed to:
1. Operating System
2. SGA
3. Oracle Background Processos
4. Other

So, the amount available to SGA depends.

If Oracle DB is standalone on the server, if there aren't other applications running, I usually allocate %25 of the total server memory for Oracle.

Use the Oracle default settings when create new database, then run This script to fine tune the SGA. It will give you an recommendations which area to change and with how much.
