Installing Oracle9i on Solaris9

getting error messages trying to start listener:

LSNRCTL for Solaris: Version 9.0.1.0.0 - Production on 30-NOV-2002 12:08:09

Message 1070 not found; No message file for product=network, facility=TNSTNS-125
45: Message 12545 not found; No message file for product=network, facility=TNS
TNS-12560: Message 12560 not found; No message file for product=network, facility=TNS
TNS-00515: Message 515 not found; No message file for product=network, facility=TNS
Solaris Error: 2: No such file or directory

What is the message file that is missing? How can I fix the error?

pls check your environment.
check whehter you have set the following AND exported them
ORACLE_BASE
ORACLE_HOME
ORACLE_SID
and
make sure that ORACLE_BASE is included in PATH.
make sure you login as ORACLE or an equavalent user.
these deal with MSG NOT FOUND errors.
if you have any other errors, lookinto your listener.ora configuration.
