Oracle Universal Installer error message [message #55465]

I've repackaged 8.1.7.0.0 Standard Edition on a W2K Pro machine with Wise 8.1. When I install this on an other machine i'll get the following error:

The Java RunTime Environment was not found at binjrew.exe. Hence, the Oracle Universal Installer cannot be run. Please visit http://www.javasoft.com and install JRE version 1.1.7 or higher and try again.

Everything is working ok except the OUI. Is there someone who has a solution for this (installing a higher version of JRE is not an option).

jrew.exe id expected to be in C:>Program FilesOraclejrex.x.xbin directory ( where x.x.x in the JRE version).

Make sure your packaging application copies the jrew.exe there.
