Is there a way to apply 9.2.0.2 patch UNATTENDED?

Yes. I am doing for mine development boxes all the time.

Get the README.HTML file in the patch. Create two versions of init.ora file (one with _SYSTEM_TRIG_ENABLED=FALSE and =TRUE). Extract all the SQL commands, put them in korn/bash shell and either schedule them or run them remotelly with ssh.
