this message i found in sql loader log file.
i am trying to load 100 column table.

Record 1: Rejected - Error on table PS_RC_CASE.
ORA-01401: inserted value too large for column

the data is lengthier than the column could hold.

How ppl usually delete those spaces in char field and num field
