Why would you need one? Can you tell us what you need? Tom Kyte (again) has some ideas to get around the limits of DBMS_OUTPUT.

Sorry, just read your other post. DBMS_OUT is indeed limited in usage, but I think Toms solutions provide an elegant workaround for your problems.
